Is Uche a product manager? An engineer? Yes. That is what we in the business call a double threat. I also call it that.
Took a marketplace from zero to 2,000 users. Led a team of twelve. Twelve! That's more than the entire Scranton branch, if you don't count Toby, and I don't.
Also makes beats. I have offered to provide vocals. Uche has not called back.
I'm a technical product manager and full-stack engineer. For 6+ years I've worked across marketplaces, fintech and blockchain infrastructure, sometimes owning the roadmap, sometimes owning the codebase, usually both.
Most recently I was the technical product manager at Yadsale, a marketplace for independent sellers and buyers, where I grew it from zero to 2,000+ users while leading a 12-person team. Before that I led the team behind Sabi Trace, which supports over $2B in transactions.
Whatever the title says, the job is the same: talk to the people using the product, decide what matters, and get it shipped.
Outside of work I produce beats, play tennis, and I'm a regular at the gym.
